We, here, at Lutheran High know that no two students are the same. The goal of Lutheran High School is to give each student the opportunity to unlock his or her God given potential and to find success in a safe Christ-centered learning environment. It is our mission to meet the needs of each individual student while preparing students for higher learning and nurturing their faith development.
Lutheran High School offers a complete UC/CSU approved curriculum. In addition to its standard classes, LHS provides students the opportunity to challenge themselves through an Honors Program in both English and Social Studies. The Honors Program incorporates reading, writing, and application and it involves the use of the Amazon Kindle Fire HD to assist in reaching its goals. Remedial classes in the areas of Math, English, and Religion are also offered to help students build the foundations for success in those areas.
In addition, Lutheran High offers a comprehensive study of both the Old and New Testament and the application of the truths found in the Bible through the study of Christian Ethics and Comparative World Religions. Students who attend Lutheran High School are required to complete the Service Outreach Program which includes group service projects, individual service hours, and annual giving days.
